Hi! I'm a freelance web developer and web development trainer living in Birmingham, AL. My primary area of expertise is Drupal development, and I am a member of the Drupal Association. I also work with WordPress and enjoy tackling built-from-scratch projects as well. Regardless of the solution or platform used in any given situation, I focus on creating elegant websites for individual clients and small to medium-sized businesses. I also love good tea and awesome socks.
Since 2008, I have developed and managed websites for small businesses, sole proprietorships, and individuals with non-business sites. My experience includes building large, complex sites as well as simple blogs. I have also taken over the administration of pre-existing sites to manage day-to-day upkeep and improve functionality.
I also train new web developers. I am a teacher at OSTraining, where I provide tutorials that demonstrate how to build awesome, maintainable websites, leveraging the Drupal content management system as well as sound web development practices in general.
I specialize in building and maintaining sites that function efficiently and intuitively, but I also often help clients with peripheral components such as newsletters and hosting/registrar accounts. Put simply, I enjoy helping people with any web-related tasks they don't feel comfortable handling themselves.
If you need someone to create, manage, improve, or troubleshoot your website, I can help. Get in touch with me via the site's contact form, and we'll talk!
